Common questions
Do accessibility overlay widgets work?
No. Overlays do not fix the underlying code and are widely criticised by disabled users. We fix the site itself.
Do you check PDFs?
Yes, we flag inaccessible PDFs and can convert key documents into accessible web pages or tagged PDFs, quoted separately.
Is this legally required?
Public sector bodies, including parish councils, must meet the accessibility regulations. For businesses it reduces the risk of discrimination claims.
