What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and your message, so we can reply. Our web server keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for up to 30 days for security.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking scripts.
Software and service providers
We use third-party software services, which may include AI tools, to help deliver client work. We do not put personal data from website enquiries into these services. Client data is only processed with a client's agreement, using business services that do not use it to train their models.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years for accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
