It is restricted to your own content and told to hand over to you when it does not know. We test it before launch and review logs monthly.
Where is the conversation data stored?
Logs are kept in UK or EU storage and covered in your privacy notice, which we update for you.
Can it book appointments or take orders?
It can link to your booking system or shop, and capture details for a callback. Direct booking integrations are quoted separately.
