Common questions
Is cold emailing businesses legal in the UK?
Yes, for limited companies, LLPs and public bodies, as long as every email identifies the sender and offers an easy opt-out. We leave out sole traders and partnerships, who must have given consent, and record why each business is contacted, as UK GDPR requires.
Will this affect our normal email?
No. Campaigns are sent from a separate domain and mailboxes set up just for outreach, so your main email address and its reputation are protected.
How quickly will we see results?
New sending domains need two to three weeks to warm up, so the first emails go out in week three. Most campaigns bring replies within the first month, and results improve as the targeting is refined.
Is there a contract?
No long contracts. Monthly plans run month to month with 30 days' notice, though we recommend at least three months to judge results fairly.
